Custom Home Builder in Gerringong, Kiama and the South Coast

The quality of the work was excellent and the attention to detail obvious. Often realising a build from a plan means a builder has to ‘fill in the blanks’ but Simon’s experience, energy and engagement with the project allowed him to accomplish this without any fuss, major cost blowouts or delays in the timeline. If you are looking for a team that is honest, hardworking, and exceptionally talented, then consider Simon and the YourBuild crew.

YourBuild did an extensive makeover of our 1980s brick house. Simon was enthusiastic and worked closely with my partner (the principal designer), responding quickly to modifications and alerting us to problems as they arose. He has a skilled, approachable team and we enjoyed engaging with them throughout. They showed great enterprise in dealing with the idiosyncrasies of the project. A terrific result, highly recommend.

I highly recommend Simon and YourBuild – they have completed projects on my homes in Sydney and in Minnamurra. Simon really cares and offers solutions to problems other builders won’t see. He goes above and beyond, even when there is a tight deadline. YourBuild has a great team of long-standing builders who care for your property, use their common sense, don’t cover over future problems and are trustworthy.

I would highly recommend Simon and the YourBuild team for any building or carpentry job you have. I know they will give 100% professionalism to the job and ensure that you are extremely happy with the end results, as I have been.

Simon is genuine, reliable and was a pleasure to do business with. We would highly recommend him for any building work.
